New security certificate for STIEGELE drivers

Since 17th of december 2015 (revision 1405) we use a new security certificate (SHA-2-standard) for our drivers. The reason is that Microsoft now only accepts new certification with SHA-2-certificates. In order to use this standard, windows-7-systems require the update KB3033929 that is available since march 2015.
